Bazaarvoice is a network that connects brands and retailers to authentic voices of people who shop. We designed a series of applications to help our client put their customers at the center of businesses and turn social data into smarter business decisions. This time around, we teamed up with Bazaarvoice and some big name clients—Walmart, Becel, Quaker State, Pennzoil, Shell and Purina–just to name a few.
Wal-Mart, the world’s largest retailer wanted to successfully integrate user-generated content into their stores. With Bazaarvoice’s input, we designed a mobile app that created a unique opportunity to gather both social content and product reviews from customers during an in-store event.
The results were astonishing… with over 10,000 reviews in 3 days, this topped Wal-Mart’s average number of results in just one calendar year.

The results? A proven increase in sales and brand loyalty…sounds pretty good to me.
