Invenio is a full-service creative advertising agency on the east side of Austin. We’re known for our great campaigns and fun art openings, and we’re looking for someone like you to help us stay sane while we grow. We’re looking for a part-time office manager to start immediately.

Duties

Between our studios, shoots, clients, art events, and tenants, we have a lot going on. And you’ll be the glue that makes this bad analogy actually work. Your basic duties could include some bookkeeping, assisting with accounts receivable and payable, and coordinating with our building, employees, and tenants, but like with all of our hires, we’re looking for someone who enjoys having a different project every few days.

You’re someone who is organized and enjoys fast-paced, always-changing days. You’re just as comfortable researching a label maker as you are speaking with clients or organizing a work happy hour. If you’re really great at your job, you’ll be helping at shoots, coordinating materials for a big design project, or helping us plan our next party.
